Forget 'senior citizen' - Aging baby boomers search for better term

Baby Boomers, as well as older americans classified as 'senior citizens,' are struggling to find a well-connotated term for their age group. The terms being used currently don't sit well with them, as they attempt to maintain their independence and individuality in the later stages of their lives. She aims to help older americans celebrate the positive in their developments, as opposed to fixate on the negative feelings accompanying the aging process.
