Jessica has a BA in psychology from U.C. Berkeley and an MS in clinical social work from Columbia University. After working for several years as a counselor and social worker, she decided to return to academia to pursue her interest in research. She was an archivist and lab manager at U.C. Berkeley's Institute of Personality and Social Research and now works as a project manager in the Life-span Development Lab. She's interested in mental health and well-being across the lifespan and how to best identify and address the mental health needs of older adults.
