Tyler Matteson

Tyler is a Graduate Student Research Assistant in the Stanford Education Data Science MS program. He currently manages the lab’s research on collaboration and learning in the workplace. His research interests include psychometrics, human-computer interaction, attentional control, learning motivation, NLP, and related topics.
Tyler completed his B.S. in Psychology at Michigan State University, where his undergraduate research focused on studying individual differences in executive functioning and how it relates to the development of expertise across domains. He is also the former lab manager of the Life-span Lab Development.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys making music with friends, touching grass, and chilling with his cat.
