Leigh's research focuses on enhancing learning motivation and cultivating growth mindset in later adulthood. She is also interested in utilizing aging theories to understand older adults' technological acceptance. She received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and completed her Ph.D. in Psychology with Dr. Helene H. Fung at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
